How do I pay for Nunnaba Yarn?
Payments are processed through PayPal, credit card or direct deposit (Australian customers only).
What shipping options do I have?
We ship worldwide, and all orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Domestic Orders – We offer Parcel Post and Express Post shipping rates
International Orders – Our International orders are shipped via Air Mail. Please note – Air Mail does not come with tracking. If you wish to have your order shipped with tracking, please contact us and we will advise you of the shipping rate. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Nunnaba Yarns are shipped at current Australia Post rates. As of August 2015, up to 4 skeins will cost approximately $8.25 for Australian orders, $10.55 for New Zealand and $14.10 to United States. Up to 9 skeins will cost approximately $13.40 for Australian orders, $21 for New Zealand and $29.70 to United States. You are always welcome to combine shipping with other orders and any excess shipping charges will be refunded.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Preorder yarns take around 4 weeks to prepare and ship. Multiple orders are combined, and extra shipping charges incurred are refunded; however, when necessary large orders are split into two parcels and shipping charged accordingly. If you would not like to combine ship, please leave us a message at the checkout. Orders, once received are not able to be split.
My parcel has not arrived what do I do?
Please contact us. If your parcel has gone astray, we will track it down.
How do I care for my Nunnaba Yarn?
Please hand wash your Nunnaba Yarns gently in cool water and lay flat to dry. There may be slight bleeding of colours however they are always rinsed several times and very thoroughly after dyeing, so this should be very rare, if at all. If it does happen though, soak in a bath of diluted vinegar to stop any further bleeding. Any problems at all, please don’t hesitate to email firstname.lastname@example.org
